Please complete your online medical form before your arrival. Please note that some treatments may have to change or be adapted due to certain medical conditions. Medical forms will be available on the day, but we can prepare better if they are done in advance.
All Spa Days include complimentary hire of 1x Robe and 1x Bath Towel per person. Treatment only appointments do not include facility use or robe and towel hire, however these can be hired at an additional charge. Please kindly bring your own suitable footwear and swim wear to be able to fully use our facilities if on a Spa Day package.
Spa Opening Hours
Full Day Package: 9am - 5pm Half Day Package: 10am - 2pm (morning session) OR 1pm - 5pm (afternoon session) Treatment only - please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time.
Food and Drink at the Spa
If on a Spa Day Package with food included, please let us know of any dietary requirements in advance. For those attending the Spa without food included in a package we have a delicious menu to choose from.
Only food and drink purchased in our Spa Café can be consumed within The Gainsborough Health Club & Spa, Suffolk.
All cancellations must be made via email to enquiries@thegainsborough.co.uk
In the event that an Incorrect Booking is made with The Gainsborough Health Club and Spa (Suffolk) the following cancelation charges / amendments will also apply.
Cancellations must be received no later than 7 days prior to the arrival date to be considered. If you have made your Spa Day booking with in the 7 day time frame then a refund will not be possible if you cancel. The Company will apply the following charges for cancellations / amendments:
Food cancellation policy - Please be aware if you cancel for any reason within 48 hours of your appointment and you ordered food, you will be charged in full due to the food is supplied by outside contractors, thank you for your co-operation.
